This painting came from a plein air paint day out at Island Cove Marina in Harrison, Tn. Always loved the little island out there, and have painted there several times. This was a time when I was painting outside as often as possible, trying to frantically mix and apply colors before the light changed on me. Wait, that still happens all the time, but it's so much fun.  --lin
